Paladin Project

The Paladin Project explores the fundamental concepts of human health and independence. 

This is more than just a medical perspective; this is a deep dive on what makes us human and how to supercharge our innate abilities to maximise our health and prevent a long term deterioration into frailty and old age. 


The Paladin Project is a 6 week programme based on the lessons I’ve learnt on the road from middle of the pack amateur to regular podium appearances and GB age group triathlete. 


This programme is by application and for those who make the grade, you will have the opportunity to unlock a whole new way of life.
